The assessment for 2017 is for $110,000 total. The projects are listed below:
- $35,000 to upgrade the complex entrance
- $30,000 to replace wing docks on both piers (as needed)
- $45,000 for the 2nd of 3 portions of the $135,000 roof refurbishment completed in 2015 (3 installments)
The assessment is due in Jan. However can be paid in 3 installments due in Jan, Feb and Mar of:
- Two Bedroom $410.66 per month
- Three Bedroom $579.33 per month
- Four Bedroom $689.33 per month
