Harbor Cove is a wonderful boater’s paradise. It doesn’t matter whether your interest lies in inshore or offshore fishing, scuba diving, water sports, tennis or just relaxation. Harbor Cove Condominiums is a great place to be. This marina community consists of 60 residential condominiums in a 5-story building. The units range in size from two bedrooms to four bedrooms.
The Harbor Cove marina includes two piers with 30 slips each. There is an assigned boat slip for every owner. Boat slips may be outfitted with lifts. All slips have access to first-class water and power connections. Each pier also has a covered gazebo and a fish-cleaning station.
Boat Slips are individually owned. However, the pier is a common element and governed by the HOA covenants. Any alterations and/or additions to the pier must be approved by the BOD in advance. Dock boxes placed on the pier are to be uniform in appearance and placement.
The outdoor swimming pool and sun-deck are surrounded by professional landscaping and feature a waterfront view of Terry Cove and the Harbor Cove marina. The spacious poolside area provides a meeting place to enjoy a swim, sunbathing, or relaxing surroundings for reading your favorite vacation novel.
The free-standing pool and fitness center building includes the heated indoor swimming pool with hot tub, steam room and fitness equipment. The glassed-in walls allow for lots of light. Secure access to the pool and fitness building is by condo owner’s unit key. Changing rooms/restrooms are at poolside. The pool and fitness building is situated at the main Harbor Cove building entrance and has a covered entryway.
Adjacent to the boat launch at the water’s edge of Terry Cove is the dedicated area for grilling and outdoor dining. Electric grills are the only outdoor cooking means allowed on the condominium balconies, so this outdoor location allows you to grill your steaks and burgers over charcoal if you please while you enjoy the sunset.
