Renters of condo units at Harbor Cove are advised to review the Harbor Cove Rules and Regulations which govern the use of all common property and amenities at Harbor Cove.
Harbor Cove Condominiums is a private gated community and a gate code is required to enter the property. If you are a guest on the property, please insure that you have a gate code provided by the owner you are visiting or the rental agent who manages the rental unit.
Rental Management
All condominium units at Harbor Cove are privately owned. Condo rentals are managed by vacation rental companies or unit owners directly. Please consult with your vacation rental office if you have questions during your stay, as there is no on-site rental management staff.
